Healthcare providers (HCPs) have faced many challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, including working with limited resources and enforcing visitor restrictions. As a result of this, many providers have felt symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleeplessness, and moral injury. This tool will help HCPs understand how they and their coworkers are doing mentally and emotionally — and where to find help.
This resource is for HCPs such as yourself. It has three sections that will help you rate your mental health, look at the supports and resources you can use, and learn how they can help you deal with challenging situations.
