This worksheet is for HCPs such as yourself. It has three sections which will help you rate your mental health, look at the supports and resources that you can use, and show how to use these to help you deal with challenging situations.
Using the worksheet , think about how you feel and behave when you are in the green, yellow, orange, or red zone. Everyone is different, so it is important to know how you think and feel when you are feeling well or stressed or very upset. This will help you to take action when needed.
Figure 1 (below) shows some common examples and is meant to be used as a guide.
