Take some time to determine the coping strategies you currently use or want to start using for each colour block of the continuum. Specifically, take time to think about what you would do or which strategies you would use if you noticed you were in orange or red. You can use the list of coping strategies above or think of your own. Be open to new ideas or things you have wanted to do before but never made time for. Coping strategies are anything that help you feel better, stronger, happier and can range from painting to counselling. It is a good idea to revisit this worksheet occasionally to make changes and updates as you learn what works best for you.
